Nick Snyder holds his FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a registered associate with Kay Properties & Investments. Working out of the firm’s Torrance, CA headquarters, Nick helps clients with their 1031 exchanges and direct cash investments. Since joining Kay, Nick provided critical back-office support and processing with more than 500 transactions and more than $1 Billion worth of real estate investments.Nick is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from the Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts. He is also a former Eagle Scout and Ocean Lifeguard for the State of California’s Crystal Cove State Park.
